Easily Adjustable Comfort

Every sleeper is different. That’s why this pillow is fully adjustable.

Simply unzip the outer cover and inner liner to remove or add shredded latex fill until you reach your ideal height and firmness.

Side Sleepers: Use as-is for optimal neck and shoulder alignment. Remove fill as needed for personalized comfort.
Back Sleepers: Remove approximately 1/4 of the fill to maintain neutral cervical alignment.
Stomach Sleepers: Remove about 1/3 of the fill for a softer, lower loft feel.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Pillows are considered "Personal Care Items" and can not be returned once oped/used due to California law.

All Returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply call us at 800-730-7070 or 866-949-3336 for instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization code. We'll notify you via e-mail once we've received and processed the returned item.

Return Policy (California Civil Code §1723)

For health and sanitation reasons, personal care and bedding items — including pillows, mattress toppers, cushions, and wedges — cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used, in accordance with California Civil Code §1723(b), which excludes goods that cannot be resold due to health considerations.
All sales of these items are final.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or resolution.
